We came from Vradiyivka, Mykolaiv region. Both goals – to visit our wards from the newly opened Resilience Center and to bring humanitarian aid to the inpatient care unit for permanent or temporary residence of the Center for Social Services of the Vradiyivka Village Council (in short, the nursing home) – have been achieved.
The Resilience Center identified the current problems of the visitors and the possibilities of solving them. After all, by helping to open the Center, we have taken responsibility for providing it with everything it needs as needed. with the NGO “For a Better Future”. For the residents of the nursing home, we brought special mobility aids (crutches, wheelchairs and Walkers), cots, hygiene products, diapers, toilet chairs, medical masks, antiseptic. We familiarized ourselves with the conditions of stay of the elderly people there. We outlined the most urgent problems here that we can help solve. After all, during the war, such people need help in the first place.
All of these items were brought from Germany thanks to our partners, the German-Ukrainian Society of Saxony-Anhalt and Notruf Ukraine Polizisten helfen e. V. We and the residents of Vradiyivka are also very grateful to Ms. Nadia from Magdeburg, who organized the transportation of this humanitarian mission. As well as the ICF Nova Ukraine and the Deutsch-Ukrainischer Hilfsverein “KOLOS” e.V. Our partners are the best! And they have the biggest hearts full of kindness to people!
