The joint team of the NGO “Help For Ukraine” and the NGO “For Social Future” held a consultative meeting for specialists from the Centers for Resilience of the communities we care for.
The speaker was Olena Burliy – social manager of the Tarashchansky Center for Resilience. We were hospitably and warmly received by the Center for Resilience of the Darnytskyi District in the River Mall. Therefore, this meeting became a real space for support and sincere dialogue. We discussed not only the issues of correct documentation and work optimization, but also the importance and nuances of developing individual work programs and strategies for developing necessary social skills, self-improvement through education and training, assessing citizens’ appeals and initial screening of needs, advanced training under relevant programs, maintaining electronic documentation, etc. All those present were active, shared their opinions. Everyone had the opportunity to speak out and ask questions. We are convinced that the development of professional competencies will help to better support those who need attention the most. Such meetings are important for the development of Resilience Centers, as they allow to improve the quality of service provision, implement new, interesting ideas, which increases the productivity of activities. Thanks to joint efforts, we create effective mechanisms for helping those in need. We thank each participant for their openness, sincerity and desire to act. Together — we are strong!
