This time we helped to open another Resilience Center. It is located in the town of Tarascha in Bila Tserkva region.
It is located in the same building as the Center for Social Services, which is quite convenient for those who need comprehensive support.
It has everything to make everyone who visits it feel comfortable and cozy. There is also a children’s room where kids can have fun, and all the amenities are there. After all, the main goal is for everyone to restore their mental health in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere, learn to overcome stress in war, recover from crisis situations, and re-engage in life to become more confident in their lives.
We are grateful to the Nova Ukraine International Foundation for providing great support and giving us the opportunity to travel around Ukraine. To open such support centers for people.
The Resilience Centers are staffed by psychologists and social work specialists and provide legal, medical and social counseling for citizens. Starting in July, every community resident can come to the local Resilience Center and receive free resilience building services and a range of other social services. Residents can get the address of such a center in their community by contacting local authorities. All services here will be provided free of charge at the expense of the state and patrons who can join the project.
The Resilience Project of the Ministry of Social Policy and the UNICEF International Fund is part of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program “Are You OK?” of First Lady Olena Zelenska.
