We need to learn how to effectively defend our statehood and independence on the battlefield. After all, military affairs require a great deal of skill.
So we never forget about those who are just learning the basics of military science. And we help them whenever they need it. For example, the servicemen of the National Guard training center also received everything they needed from us upon request.
