But giving them is much more pleasant. That’s why today, together with representatives of the National Social Service, we visited the Resilience Center of the Tomashiv community as part of a monitoring mission.
As always, we came with gifts.
As a reminder, everyone can develop the skill of resilience and be able to quickly get involved in active life even after a crisis – this is what the Resilience Centers are designed to teach.
And every resident of the community can come here and receive a resilience building service and a number of other social services free of charge. The address of such a center in your community can be found by contacting local authorities. All services here are provided free of charge at the expense of the state and patrons who can join the project.
As a reminder, Resilience Centers are friendly, barrier-free spaces where every community resident can go and receive first aid and other appropriate support.
This is a pilot project of the Ministry of Social Policy, which is being implemented as part of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program of First Lady Olena Zelenska.
We thank the Ukrainian Medical Society in Germany, Oksana Ulan personally and her volunteer team for providing great support!
