This time, Berdychiv Special School, which is run by volunteers, received another shipment. These are brand new mattresses, lamellas as part of the program to provide children in orphanages with beds, which is being implemented by the all-Ukrainian charity organization Help For Ukraine.
The volunteers brought another surprise – a delicious treat from Oleksiy Povtorayko, Vice President of the Association of Chefs of Ukraine, co-owner and brand chef of the River Stone restaurant group. He is known all over Ukraine for his charity meals in favor of the Armed Forces of Ukraine even before the full-scale invasion.
Children’s smiles and eyes sparkling with happiness became the most valuable reward for these efforts, especially when they were treated to the branded burgers prepared by Oleksiy Povtoreiko himself.
